
DMCC Trade License Renewal : To ensure uninterrupted business operations, DMCC companies are required to renew their licenses annually, unless they opt for a 2, 3, or 5-year renewal period as per implementing regulations, Memorandum, and Articles of Association.
DMCC Trade License Renewal Process
Dubai Multi Commodities Centre recommends renewing licenses 3-4 weeks before expiration to avoid inconvenience. Failure to renew on time may result in fines and subsequent actions.

DMCC Trade License Renewal Process on Flexi Desk / DMCC Business Centre or DMCC Crypto Center Units
- Select the desired license for renewal.
- Choose the renewal term (if applicable) for 1, 2, or 3 years.
- Tick the applicable insurance declaration statement.
- If the lease has expired or will expire within 90 days, there is an option to renew the lease in the same service request (SR) as the license renewal.
Renewing your Physical Office Unit
- Select the desired license for renewal.
- Choose the renewal term (if applicable) for 1, 2, or 3 years.
- Provide the Ejari number.
- Tick the applicable insurance declaration statement.
Renewing your DMCC Industrial Trade License (not on plots) and Retail Unit
- Select the desired license for renewal.
- Provide the Ejari number.
- Tick the applicable insurance declaration statement.

Is a financial audit mandatory in DMCC?
Within 90 days of the end of each financial year, a DMCC member company is required to upload the auditor’s signed and stamped Audited Financial Statements Summary Sheet and the Audited Financial Statements Report online
Who is authorized to conduct the audit of Financial Reports?
DMCC companies authorize DMCC Approved Auditors to conduct audits. For branch companies with consolidated Financial Statements, the audited Financial Statements by the group auditor are acceptable. Please refer to the DMCC Approved Auditors List (AAL) for more information
